Payments

All fees are due as outlined in your client agreement. Late payments may result in paused service or late fees.

 

No Guarantees

While we aim to deliver the best possible results, we do not guarantee any specific outcome (e.g., revenue, traffic, leads).

 

Intellectual Property

All content created by us during service remains our property until full payment is made. After payment, rights may transfer as outlined in your agreement.

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide necessary access, approvals, and assets in a timely manner. Delays may impact timelines and results.

 

Termination

Either party may terminate service with [7/14] days' notice in writing. Refunds for unused time or services are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.

 

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your use of our services is at your own risk.
